Her calling to real estate began with development and portfolio management in California where she is still licensed and owns her own brokerage. Now part of the LeConte Realty family in East Tennessee, Kerri brings knowledge and experience from across the spectrum - development, leasing, sales, property management, and portfolio management - providing concierge level service to investors, owners, and tenants. She is a skilled negotiator, advisor, and mentor to others in the industry. Her specialty is in medical commercial, representing and advising both corporate and private entities while supporting community healthcare needs. Her approach is shaped by a decade of teaching the world’s religions and a belief that real estate is not just transactional but deeply connected to stewardship, purpose, and community. Her recent move to Tennessee has kicked off a growth phase in development, business development, and founding a CREW chapter in the greater Knoxville TN region.
