About Me

My path to real estate is a little unconventional. For years I ran a parallel career — leading a 175-person organization through administration, HR, policy development, and training — all while building more than 25 years of real estate experience. That background shaped how I work: I catch what others miss, communicate with precision, and know how to manage complexity without letting it rattle the people depending on me.
Today, I work alongside my husband and business partner Troy Clark, serving clients across the greater Sacramento region. Together we specialize in helping people who are rightsizing, intentionally moving into a home that fits the life they are living now, not the one they planned for twenty years ago. Whether that means trading square footage for single-story living, finding the right 55+ community, or simplifying without sacrificing quality, Troy and I understand that this kind of move is as much about identity as it is about real estate.
