With 9 years of real estate experience and 18 years in corporate operations management, Leslie McLeroy blends warmth, strategy, and hustle into every client relationship. As a Licensed Broker, she offers a deeper understanding of real estate law and contracts, providing clients with an added layer of confidence and protection. Serving Knoxville, TN and the surrounding counties, Leslie specializes in first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, investors, and relocation clients.



Her career began by building her own rental portfolio—igniting a passion that became her purpose. She’s known for her strong negotiation skills, personal service, and unwavering commitment to making every client feel like her only client. Leslie proudly creates inclusive, affirming experiences for all, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.



She currently serves as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Knoxville Network, is a Board Director for Tennessee REALTORS®, and a Major Investor and committee member for RPAC, advocating for the rights of homeownership across Tennessee.
