Makenzie Cooley is the President of the Everest Group, an accomplished real estate professional, and an award-winning recruiter. Makenzie has recruited over 300 agents, earning recognition as one of Century 21’s Top 21 Recruiters globally. Raised in Salt Lake City, she has been immersed in real estate her entire life, with experience in both title insurance and the real estate broker side. As the youngest senior leader in her company, Makenzie is passionate about advancing women in leadership, having served as the Women’s Council of Realtors Salt Lake President in 2021 and the 2025 Utah State President. Married to her high school sweetheart, Dylan, Makenzie welcomed their first child, Henry, in 2023. She loves to work hard, travel, enjoy great food, and spend time with her family and three dogs.
