About Me

Building on a 20-year career in commercial property management, since 2015 I've been helping clients purchase and sell real properties. Focusing in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties on Florida's East Coast, my industry referral networks are also available for my client's needs state and nationwide. Whether relocating locally or out-of-state, or looking for investment properties, I welcome the opportunity to tackle any issue and solve roadblocks to get my clients to their intended goals.
Because my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me, I don't spend the majority of my time prospecting and promoting myself - which means I can fully focus on the activities that benefit my clients the most. I believe they deserve this dedicated attention. My goal is to provide personalized service and expert guidance every step of the way.
Prior to my involvement in real estate, I was raised in Ohio, relocating to NYC after high school to attend college and work in the fashion trades. I credit my careers in fashion, management and sales with my attention to detail, overhead and timelines.
I hold Accredited Buyers Rep and Senior Real Estate Specialist Designations.
To serve my community I'm a volunteer Long Term Care Florida Ombudsman, advocating for residents in Assisted Living and Nursing Care Facilities.
For fun I enjoy exercising, reading and traveling.
