Memory Hopkins has over 40 years of experience in residential, waterfront, resort, farms, land and commercial real estate sales, finance, and consulting.
She is consistently a top producing real estate consultant and has helped over 1500 clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
With offices in St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, her market encompasses the Northeast Coast of Florida.
Memory is one of less than two percent of Realtors internationally, who hold the CIPS Designation and works with an international network of real estate professionals.
She is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year award and past Member of the Year for her local BNI Chapter.
Memory is a Past President of three separate associations of Realtors, was a New York State Certified Property Assessor and Chaired Zoning and Planning Boards in her local community.
Memory is a Past President for the St. Augustine Lions Club and is a contributor to Christmas Come True and Alpha Omega Miracle House, all local charitable organizations.
Memory resides in St. Augustine with her husband of 48 Years. They have two children and four grandchildren.
