About Me

Monica has called the Denver Metro Area home for 25 years and has witnessed firsthand the dramatic evolution of the local real estate landscape. Her professional background spans multiple facets of the housing industry—including construction subcontracting, rental management, and property development—making her transition into real estate sales a natural next step. Becoming a licensed Realtor wasn’t just a career move for Monica; it was the fulfillment of a lifelong goal to use her knowledge to guide clients through every aspect of buying and selling property with confidence.

A dedicated mother of three adult "kids", Monica credits her children with teaching her some of life’s most valuable lessons—like the importance of showing up, honoring your word, and staying committed through challenges. Those same values are the foundation of how she serves her clients and community.

Monica has also been a proud board member of the Women’s Council of Realtors Mile High, where she’s served for three years in leadership roles including Vice President, President Elect, and Network President. Through this organization, she’s built a strong referral network while giving back to the real estate community.

In her free time, Monica gives back by volunteering with organizations that support military veterans and animal rescues. She also embraces Colorado’s natural beauty through her favorite outdoor activities like running, hiking, camping, biking, and snowboarding.
