About Me

Morgan LeAnne Denius is a full-time REALTOR® with Century 21 Darfus Realty, known for her integrity, professionalism, and people-first approach to real estate. Licensed since 2019, she has built her business on strong relationships, collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving both clients and community.

Morgan currently serves as President-Elect of the Guernsey-Muskingum Valley Association of REALTORS® (GMVAR) and has previously served as Secretary/Treasurer and as a Director for three years. Her association involvement includes extensive committee leadership, with service on Community Relations, Diversity, RPAC, Legislative, and Events Committees, where she has held multiple chair roles.

A graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy (ORLA) and recipient of the Amanda Hitchcock ORLA Scholarship, Morgan is passionate about leadership development, advocacy, and strengthening the REALTOR® community. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification, and the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Before entering real estate, Morgan worked as a paraprofessional and parent advocate for students with special needs—experience that continues to shape her leadership style, empathy, and commitment to inclusive service. She believes leadership is rooted in listening, collaboration, and empowering others to grow.
