About Me

My name is Nicole Kuch and I am the 2025 Local President of the Women’s Council of Realtors of Coastal Virginia.

Starting in real estate in 2017, I began my journey as a transaction coordinator for a high procuding agent in my area, moving to then serve individual agents within my brokerage. For years, I believed that I was simply “just a TC”. But, when my mentor tapped me to visit a Women’s Council event in 2021, I didn’t know how it would transform my future. Since then, I have been promoted at my brokerage to Director of MLS and Transaction Coordination, giving me a unique perspective on real estate as an industry.
With the Women's Council of REALTORS, I have served as a local First Vice President, local President Elect, and now the newly installed 2025 Local President for Coastal Virginia network.
I have a deep passion for real estate and am honored to be a part of Women's Council of REALTORS®.
