Beyond sales, Nikki is a passionate industry leader. She currently serves as the President of the Women’s Council of Realtors® Toledo Network, where she has been instrumental in revitalizing the chapter through strategic partnerships, increased member value, and forward-thinking programming. She’s also the Co-Host of Modern Agent Blueprint a collaborative Mastermind Community with over 3,500 members. of Level Up, a collaborative event and movement empowering women in real estate to grow, connect, and lead with intention.
