Born and raised in Panama, Noris Roche has always had a deep appreciation for nature. After studying Business Administration in Panama and Computer Systems in Florida, she spent over 20 years with Sprint Wireless as a Technical Engineer in Telecommunications.
In 2005, Noris relocated to the Ocala area, where she later transitioned into real estate in 2019. A bilingual REALTOR® fluent in both English and Spanish, she has quickly made her mark in the industry, winning Rookie of the Year in 2020. Since then, she has continued to excel, earning several accolades, including the Heart Award for community service (2022) and the Luminary Award for encouraging women (2023). In 2023, Noris served as President of the Ocala Marion County Women’s Council, and currently holds the position of District Vice President of Women’s Council Florida.
In November 2024, Noris was appointed Global Ambassador for the National Association of Realtors (NAR), representing South American countries—Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay—through 2028.
Noris is also a State of Florida Notary Public and a proud graduate of the Leadership Academy, further enhancing her leadership skills and business acumen.
What drives Noris in her real estate career is the joy of helping clients find their ideal property. She takes pride in guiding customers through the beauty of Ocala and its horse country, ensuring their needs are met with dedication, communication, and trust.
Outside of real estate, Noris enjoys Florida's outdoor activities, including horseback riding, running, cycling, and swimming. She is an active member of the Ocala Triathlete Club and has completed the Ironman 70.3.
Noris is a proud mother of two, Gilberto and Ambar, and shares her life with her Siberian Husky, Luna.
