Pam Cohn joined Prudential Tropical Realty in the beginning of 2003, which became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group in the beginning of 2014. Pam has been recognized on numerous occasions for her outstanding sales accomplishments and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), e-Certification, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR), the Resort & Recreation Specialist (RRS) designations, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and her New Homes Specialist (NHS) certification.

After getting her Broker’s license in 2005 Pam received the prestigious CREST award. Pam has been a both a Managing Broker and Career Development Manager. Helping people achieve their real estate goals has always been her main passion. Whether downsizing, relocating, upsizing, vacation property, a first home or a good investment, Pam listen’s to her clients’ individual needs and charts a path to achieve their goals.
