About Me

Pamela has proudly called Myrtle Beach home for the past eight years, fulfilling a dream she first envisioned during vacations here in the 1980s. A Kentucky native, Pamela spent over 26 years in Indiana, where she began her real estate career in 1989. There, she not only helped countless clients navigate the buying and selling process but also gained hands-on experience investing in rental properties and flipping homes. In the late 1990s, Pamela and her husband Todd embarked on a new adventure, relocating to Macon, Georgia. Life brought another beautiful surprise when, at nearly 40 years old, she gave birth to their son, Austin. Still longing to live near the ocean, the family moved to Florence, South Carolina, in 2008—bringing them one step closer to their dream. That dream became a reality in 2013 when they officially settled in Horry County. Pamela wasted no time reigniting her passion for real estate, quickly reestablishing herself as a trusted Realtor—and eventually Broker—in South Carolina. Pamela’s journey hasn’t been without challenges. In December 2019, she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, and again in 2023, she was told she had just 12 weeks to live. Against all odds, she beat the prognosis and continues to thrive. Her incredible journey is a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and purpose. Deeply committed to giving back, Pamela has served on numerous boards and committees, including Habitat for Humanity and her local Realtor Association’s Outreach group. In 2022, she became one of the founding members of the Women’s Council of Realtors Grand Strand. She served as Co-Chair of the Events Committee in 2023, Chair in 2024, and now proudly holds the position of Director of Events for 2025. Pamela’s dedication has been recognized through multiple honors, including the 2025 Leadership Award from the Women’s Council and the prestigious Image Award from the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. She has also been a Miracle Agent with the Children’s Miracle Network since 2023. Extremely involved in her community, she serves in several outreach programs and is on the Board of Directors for Caring in our Lifetime. Today, Pamela brings her passion, resilience, and wealth of experience into her new role as Broker | Trainer at Weichert Realtors Southern Coast. Whether mentoring agents or helping clients make their dreams a reality, Pamela leads with heart and purpose—because for her, real estate is more than a profession; it’s a calling.
