I’m Rachelle Pebley, a dedicated Realtor and the First Vice President for the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) Cache Valley.

With over 10 years of experience in new construction and remodels, I’ve learned to see what others might miss. I don’t just walk into a home and see what it is, I see what it could become. I understand structure, layout flow, renovation potential, and the strategic updates that create the greatest return. Buyers gain clarity. Sellers gain direction. And both gain peace of mind.

As a Realtor® with Shadow Mountain Realty, I combine hands-on construction knowledge with real estate strategy. I speak both languages - the practical and the aesthetic. Whether evaluating a new build, identifying red flags in a remodel, or advising on pre-listing improvements, I guide my clients beyond surface-level decisions toward smart, confident moves.
