About Me

My path into real estate didn't start with a license; it began with a historic flip in Houston Heights. That home was part new construction, complete renovation, and all hands-on. I learned the ins and outs of property value from the ground up, and that experience shaped how I work today. When I walk into a home, whether we're buying or selling, I see what others don't. Not just surface-level upgrades but structure, potential, and risk. Licensed since 2016, I've worked across residential, commercial, and international markets, including helping American clients invest in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. I'm bilingual, CIPS-designated, and experienced in short sales, VA, and complex transactions. I also serve on the HAR Global Advisory Board Committee, HAR TREPAC Committee and a proud member of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, where I continue to grow, collaborate, and advocate for our industry.

I combine deep real estate education with real-world experience in construction and negotiation so clients get clarity, not confusion. I'm also a mom of six, including a U.S. Marine, and when I'm not working, you'll usually find me chasing down my two dogs and a cat who thinks he runs the house. To me, this isn't just a job; it's strategy, protection, and helping people move forward with confidence.
