Rita is a Broker in California and Arizona. Her journey in real estate began at the age of 18, gaining invaluable experience at various real estate organizations. She expanded her expertise in Real Estate Investing, further enhancing her ability to relate to and serve others.
Rita has extensive knowledge in short sale negotiations and is also certified as a negotiator and probate specialist. She also expanded her knowledge with getting her NMLS license and is currently serving clients in CA, AZ, and UT as a Loan Originator with Loan Factory Inc since 2023.
Outside of work, Rita finds relaxation in the company of her loved ones, enjoying activities like hiking and traveling.
