Ruth Anne is a 37 year resident of Maryland who brings a diverse background of professional experience to evaluate each client's specific needs. She was raised in Timonium and graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her studies in Psychology and Spanish have afforded her the ability to effectively communicate with a larger population of Marylanders.
