Samantha Justice is a REALTOR® with the LEVERAGE Team at Century 21 Broadhurst, proudly serving clients across all of Coastal South Carolina, from the Grand Strand through the Lowcountry. With a strong background in education, marketing, and community leadership, Samantha is passionate about elevating both the client experience and the REALTOR® profession.

Samantha has been an active leader within Women’s Council of REALTORS® Grand Strand, serving as the 2024 Marketing Director, where she led branding, social media, and event promotion efforts to strengthen visibility and engagement within the organization. She currently serves as the 2026 President-Elect, continuing her commitment to leadership development, collaboration, and empowering women in real estate.

Known for her strategic mindset and community-first approach, Samantha combines data-driven marketing with local expertise to support buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Coastal South Carolina.
