Shy-Anne Haney is a dedicated mortgage professional based in Lacey, Washington, known for helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, VA borrowers, and construction lending, guiding clients through each step of the journey with education, transparency, and personalized solutions.

Licensed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada, Shy-Anne works with clients across the Western United States while maintaining a strong focus on serving her local community.

Beyond lending, Shy-Anne is deeply committed to community involvement and professional leadership. She proudly serves on the boards of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Professional Women in Building, Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association, and All Kids Win. Much of her time outside the office is spent supporting local community events, fundraising, and giving back—especially through her work with All Kids Win, where she is passionate about creating opportunities for youth in the community.

When she’s not helping clients achieve homeownership or volunteering in the community, Shy-Anne enjoys traveling and getting lost in a great book—sometimes both at the same time.
