About Me

Stephanie Forloines is an accomplished real estate professional, Certified Residential Appraiser, and the Broker-Owner of 4Loines Real Estate Services, serving Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. With over 19 years of experience, she combines deep appraisal expertise with a strong track record in residential sales, new construction, luxury waterfront properties, and complex rural acreage.

Stephanie is highly active in industry leadership and advocacy, serving as a Board Member of the Home Builders Association, a Board Member of NAPAC (North American Professional Appraisers Coalition), and a Board Member of the Appraisal Institute, where she works to advance standards, education, and professionalism within the field.

In addition to her industry roles, Stephanie is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as the President of the Camden Woman’s Club (GFWC), is a dedicated volunteer with the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association (HRRA), and is an active member of Young Professionals Network (YPN).
