About Me

Tamara is a real estate advisor with SVG Realty serving Hernando County, including Brooksville and Spring Hill, as well as nearby Hudson in Pasco County. She specializes in helping women 55+ downsize and sell homes for themselves or a parent, with a focus on guiding clients through important life transitions.

With over 50 transactions and more than $11 million in sales, Tamara has built her business around serving clients who are often making significant decisions independently. Her work frequently involves downsizing and managing the sale of a parent’s home, where clear communication and steady guidance are essential.

Tamara is actively involved in leadership at the local and state level. She serves as President-Elect of the Hernando County Association of Realtors and is a Board Director for both the association and Florida Realtors. She has also held leadership roles within the Rotary Club of Brooksville and the Greater Hernando Chamber of Commerce.

Her commitment to service has been recognized with honors including HCAR Realtor of the Year, Ambassador of the Year for the Hernando Chamber, Volunteer of the Year with the Children’s Volunteer Health Network, and Teacher of the Year.

Before entering real estate, Tamara was an elementary principal, curriculum specialist, and ESOL instructor, bringing a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and education to her work with clients and colleagues.
