Terry Miller is an almost 40 year Seattle Residential Broker since 1987. She has been involved in over 2,500 sales and in both luxury and middle range prices and in both King and Snohomish Counties. She understands firsthand how challenging navigating the home-buying and selling process and is committed to making it easier for her clients. Terry has been involved in Realtor leadership and was a 21 year NAR director. She has acted on Agency and code issues, a 3 county Burn Ban task force, and a City of SEA HALA committee for ADUs. Terry received a Lifetime Achievement award and a recent the winner of their Good Neighbor Award in 2023. Terry is most proud of her service to the SEA non-profit, HomeSight—she has been a Board member and a two-time president. HomeSight is community development, builds affordable housing, lends, helps lower/middle income Buyers achieve homeownership, build generational wealth and is part of the affordable housing solution. She skis, cycles, cooks and is a consummate baker.
