About Me
Tiffany Lobertini (ABR, AHWD, C2EX Ambassador, ePro, GREEN, MRP, PMN, PSA, SRS) is a broker for her family-owned brokerage in Dayton, Ohio. Before her career in Real Estate, she was a secondary school educator for 17 years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education and a Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration. She became a REALTOR® in 2011 and is a 3rd generation REALTOR®. In 2014 she became the Recruiting and Training Manager for her brokerage where she developed and taught many courses, including some certified for CE with the State of Ohio focused on cultural competency. In 2019 she obtained her broker’s license and served as the principal broker until 2022. Tiffany is a graduate of the Ohio REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2022 and was also selected for the 2024 National Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Institute. She has served on several committees at the local level including Equal Opportunity and Diversity, Grievance, Global Alliance, Professional Development, Holiday Party, and Legislative which she is vice chair this year. In addition to her involvement on committees, she also teaches at her local board and is an instructor for the following NAR courses: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, At Home With Diversity and Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing, ePro, and Military Relocation Professional. Tiffany has been very involved in committees/forums at the State including Professional Development, Equal Opportunity and Diversity, Business Technology, Enlarged Legislative, Legal Issues, Local Government, Property Management & Investment, RPAC Fundraising, Political Coordinator, and Professional Standards. She is a member of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, and Women’s Council of Ohio (NAREB). Tiffany is on the board of directors at her local board and also serves as a state director. One of her passions that she brought with her from her educational career is her commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is the Chair for her local board's DEI committee where she helped develop, and is also an instructor for, a 1 hour CE course focused on how embracing DEI can enhance your business. She also serves on the DEI committee at the state and national level. Tiffany believes in the importance of fair housing and making sure that the dream of homeownership should be obtainable for all who desire to own a home. This is reflected in the mission of her team she founded stating that, “We promote equity in homeownership by educating our clients and supporting fair housing”. She has been a member of the Miami Valley Fair Housing Center for several years because she believes in their mission to stop housing discrimination. Tiffany grew up in the Miami Valley where her and her husband have raised their three children.
