With more than 20 years of both marketing and real estate experience, I utilize my experience by teaching agents to market themselves to grow their own businesses and personal brands.

Together with Co-founder & business partner, Jim Hyatt, I own Hyatt & Company Real Estate with offices in Howard County, Carroll County and Southern Maryland. A broker/owner for more than 15 years, I work to lead, mentor and train highly producing agents in our offices. 

I strive daily to educate and empower my agents with the habits, attitudes and skills necessary to improve their quality of life. I am totally invested in the agents on our team to make them successful and able to reach their financial goals.
