EXPERIENCE: Val knows the market. Born and raised in Placer Co., then relocating for education, to work & raise her kids. She loves what she does; especially when finding ways to help clients through their emotional & financial decisions, while assisting them in successfully negotiating the purchase or sale of their property. Val is experience in residential, investment, commercial & land and certified in Trust & Probate, Green, SRES, Military and has her PMN designation.

COMMITMENT: Val is a full-time real estate professional. As a former Corp. Brokerage Owner, Real Estate Assoc. Board Director, WCR Officer, industry award winner and leader, Val believes that, "because the real estate market changes so rapidly, if you are not involved... growing & educating yourself regularly, you can not provide the service a client deserve. Ethically it's a true disservice to your client(s)." She sees herself as, "a lifelong learner committed to excellence". And that demands ongoing continued education.
