Wendy is a multi-state real estate professional, Satellite Office Manager, recipient of Realtors Alliance of Greater Cincinnati Circle of Excellence 2017 thru 2024, Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction 2021-2025, member of Women's Council of Realtors, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative, and certified At Home with Diversity, DE&I, and Commitment to Excellence. She is from the Cincinnati/Dayton area and has owned homes in Butler, Hamilton and Warren Counties. She has a degree in Managerial Accounting and has owned and successfully operated a small local business. In her practice of real estate, she is known for my attentive customer service, flexible availability, skilled negotiations with the client's best interests at heart, and a strong attention to detail ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers and cooperating agents. She knows what it takes to communicate and knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless. With a strong belief that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, Wendy ensures her clients feel confident, informed, and empowered to make sound real estate decisions. When she's not negotiating a real estate transaction, she is spending time with her husband of 26 years and her two dogs.
