Note, this edition of Roadmap is for 2021 network leaders and is being distributed to the six leadership team members who were reported to National.

June Dates to Remember

President-elects should register for Network 360 Leadership Conference: Now Open
Our first live and in-person national event takes place August 18-20th at the Sheraton Grand in Chicago. Registrations are robust and hotel availability is filling up fast. Eligible attendees should have received an invite on June 1st. If you are a 2022 President, State or National Liaison and did not receive an invite, get in touch with Patrick McConville at
In July we will open up registration slots to other interested attendees.

State Presidents: LID submissions to be sent next week (week of June 7)
LID submissions will be sent to State Presidents, they are due back on June 30th. Note the new process here.

Supporting Women in Real Estate grant applications are due June 14th
Ten Realtor associations are available to receive grants of $2,500 to put on programs that support women in real estate. Note, while these programs are run by Realtor associations, it is YOU, the local or state network -- that is the engine and the voice for women in real estate. We recommend you touch base with the AE and do the following:

  1. Advise them of the program and deadline.
  2. Offer collaboration and a program idea.
  3. Let them know the Women's Council is there to support and plant this seed for mutual benefit.

Come Back Campaign: Happening This Month!

The Come Back Campaign is now on! A program designed to win back members who have lapsed from 2018-2020. Marketing emails have been deployed to eligible lapsed members with rejoining instructions, and a physical mailer is being deployed next week. National has sent Presidents and Membership Directors their lists of lapsed eligible members in an Excel spreadsheet (with names and full contact information).
Program ends June 30.

From Virtual to Live: Building that "Contagious Culture"

Your network is likely in re-building mode. New members are joining and lapsed members are rejoining. COVID restrictions have been lifted, and it's an active summer. Our members are beginning to enjoy the face-to-face environment, and the culture that surrounds it is returning. The culture is what builds, sustains and grows a network. But, how do you build a contagious culture?
Our very own Past National President, Brenda Lee Szlachta, unpacks it for you in this informative 30-minute session from Elevate. You will leave this session inspired and we hope it helps build that contagious culture that defines Women’s Council!
