***FLASH MEMO***

ROSTERS AND NOT-YET-RENEWED REPORTS ARE NOW FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR YOU TO USE

Note, this edition of Roadmap is for 2021 network leaders and is being distributed to the six leadership team members who were reported to National.

MEMBER ROSTERS AND NOT-YET-RENEWED REPORTS ARE NOW FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR YOU TO USE

The Member Rosters and Not Yet Renewed reports are fully functional, updated, and available for you to use on the Admin portion of your microsite. These tools are key for you to obtain current member lists and renew members in this crucial renewal cycle. National sends out electronic communications and paper invoices to not-yet-renewed members, but local efforts are key to retaining members. A few reminders:

  • Calendar members (on their third year and beyond of membership) drop on March 31st after the grace period if they don't renew.
  • Members with less than three years of membership drop based on their join/anniversary date.
  • FAQ sheets will be distributed shortly on how to review and understand reports, as well as membership cycles. In the meantime, please utilize this tool to renew members.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR – UPCOMING NETWORK TRAINING SESSIONS ON RETENTION AND RECRUITMENT

Recruitment and Retention. The first task as 2021 leaders is to retain and recruit members. Our National Liaisons will walk you through comprehensive training, including practical tips, success stories, tools to repurpose and use, navigating COVID concerns, and understanding reports and how to use them. Leadership teams are encouraged to attend both sessions, and we will untangle it all for you.

We are sharing these timely tools so you can encourage network renewals in the final 60-day stretch, recruit new members year-round, and maintain a vibrant and successful network. Sessions are free, but pre-registration is required. Attend both sessions to receive a Women’s Council Retention and Recruiting badge!
