Good news - not yet renewed reports are live! The 'not yet renewed' reports are live and fully operational and can be found under the Network Management Center. Some things to know about the 'not yet renewed' reports:
- The reports are in Excel format.
- Allow 24 hours for new reports to reflect renewed members, which are removed from the report when dues are renewed. Note, there is a column called “report date” where you can track changes from one report to the other.
- All network Admins have access to the reports.
- Only unpaid members from the 2019-2020 renewal periods appear – names before that time period do not appear on the report.
- If there are questions about the report, please direct them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3rd dues renewal notice coming this week. The third round of invoices will be sent to all unpaid members on Friday, February 28th. All unpaid members will receive a customized link with a proforma invoice that requires the member to enter the username* and password. Note, if a member wishes to receive their customized link or if the message is in their spam folder, please contact email@example.com (subject line: Dues Invoice Request), and we can re-send the customized link.
*The username is the email address on file. The member may be required to set up a new password. Dues renewals must be done from a desktop and not a mobile device.
We've created a customizable email template for you. Since the local networks are an ideal touchpoint to encourage renewals, we've created an email template that you can send to members that have not yet renewed. Click here for a customizable Word Doc that will automatically download.
A PDF renewal form is available online. National can customize the renewal form upon request with your local logo and pre-filled local, state and national amounts. Send requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you a customizable form within one business day.
2020 #LeadersMadeHere Awards
The #LeadersMadeHere awards program is underway. With the Not Yet Renewed reports and member rosters fully operational, we will be recognizing top achievers in recruitment and retention. This year, we will be also adding new qualitative awards categories, recognizing Network excellence in the following categories: superior microsites, collaboration, communications and recruitment and retention efforts (regardless of quantitative results). Some categories require an application, please visit the awards link for details. Additionally, state members of the year will also be recognized as in years past.
Officer Reporting: Thank You!
We have achieved nearly 95% compliance with officer reporting. At this point, all officers should appear correctly on your microsite. Please double-check and let us know if there are any discrepancies or duplications. As a reminder, if you see a missing photo or incorrect contact information on your state or local microsite, it means that the member profile needs to be updated by the member, and cannot be done manually by staff. To access your member profile and make a change or add a photo, click “login” on the header page of wcr.org. Changes will be reflected on the microsite.
Note: For photos, please ensure the sizing is 150 x 150-pixel size.
