Dear Members of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Ocala/Marion County,

As we reflect on the accomplishments of 2023, I am thrilled to be part of an incredible leadership team that is dedicated to the growth, development, and success of our members. The upcoming year holds immense promise, and I am honored to share our vision for 2024.

Our goals are straightforward yet impactful: focus on Leadership, Growth, and Education by Building on the Basics. Drawing from my experience as 2023 president-elect for the Women's Council of REALTORS®, I am committed to providing training that resonates with our members. Active contributions to the Ocala Metro Chamber & Economic Partnership and involvement with the REALTORS® Political Action Committee underscore our commitment to staying attuned to the needs of our community and advocating for real estate professionals.

As we embark on this new year, I've realized that our focus, while significant, is not new or groundbreaking. The Women’s Council organization, with its 85-year history, has provided a strong foundation with a clear mission, vision, values, and the necessary tools for success. Our task is to keep these core values at the forefront and build upon them.

Our strategic plan aims to increase leadership development, industry engagement, membership, and advocacy participation. By following the well-established guidelines set out by the Council, we can achieve these goals. Growing leaders from within is central to our mission of Leaders Made Here. It starts with the exceptional team of leaders on the state level, and I am proud to serve alongside them.

Ocala Marion County members elected local officers, knowledgeable and experienced, lead with their hearts, evident not only in their interactions with members but also in their business and personal lives. I am excited about the collaborative work we will undertake in Ocala/Marion County this year.

My hope and desire are that our achievements will inspire others in the industry, both members and affiliate partners, to join our organization and contribute to the continued success of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Ocala Florida.
