2023 President's Message:
We’ve had many successes in 2022 at Women’s Council of Realtors Arizona and we are looking forward to continuing this energy in 2023. I am thankful for the amazing Leadership Team I have by my side and want you to know that we are here for all OUR Members!
I am honored to serve as your 2023 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Arizona. We are looking forward to providing great programs and amazing engagement for all our members. We look forward to getting to know you and provide you with the tools and knowledge needed for your Personal, Business growth and Leadership journey for years to come.
This year we will continue to Expand, Lead and Amplify our Leadership and we hope to “Ignite The Leader Within You” By implementing our Women’s Council core values. Developing Professional Credibility by learning to share the value system of integrity and respect, commitment to excellence and continuous self-development. Implement the Power of Collaboration, by providing positive, productive ways to collaborate with members and support each other by working together to achieve personal growth and business success. Allow your Leadership Development to blossom and find your authentic leadership style, so you can apply new found leadership skills, and pursue leadership opportunities across all areas of your personal and professional life. Learn to use the power of Influence to promote a positive change and greater inclusion of women's perspectives in positions of influence within the real estate industry and in the broader community. Build Opportunity through your network and learn other ways that you can work together to bring different experiences, ideas and perspectives.
I am excited for 2023 and look forward to an amazing year with each and every one of our members. If there is anything I can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out. The Board and I are here for you and we want to be a part of the success in your leadership journey.
Your President,
Marleny Gomez, PMN
