Howdy from the Lone Star State of Texas!

I am Claudia Gaytan (El Paso, TX), your 2023 Texas Women’s Council President and very excited to be serving YOU. It is my duty, along with your awesome 2023 Leadership Team and Officers to guide, teach, mentor and inspire our members towards personal success in their leadership journey. Whether you desire to be a leader in your industry, community and/or family, Women’s Council of REALTORS® is the organization to be in and learn. We have put together a great line up of courses and events to help you achieve success in 2023.

Women’s Council is your “go-to” source to begin your journey as a Leader. We live by the Four Pillars that sustain our organization 1) Education 2) Networking 3) Referrals and 4) Leadership. The education we provide such as public speaking, campaigning, Robert’s Rules and how to run a Governing Board effectively will empower you to go out and serve your industry and local communities. You will also receive training to succeed in your personal real estate business whether it be to increase your sales, become a Team Leader and/or to become a Broker/Owner. The sky is the limit with what you can do with the knowledge and experience you will gain from Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Personally, I have been a proud member of this organization since 2014 and every year that I have served and volunteered has been a year of success. Women’s Council leaders and members serve with a “Servant’s Heart”. We are fierce with our talents, knowledge, and experience, yet we care with our hearts and work towards always “paying it forward”.

For the expense of one Women’s Council of REALTORS® membership, you will benefit from the education and support you will receive from your local network, your Texas level and the National level. Check out our STATE calendar of events, make sure to follow your local network and National. We will make sure that you are always aware of what Women’s Council is bringing your way.

So, what do you think of us so far? This is just the tip of the iceberg. To truly benefit from your membership you must participate by attending our events as well as GETTING INVOLVED in all we do.
