About Me

A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, Amanda Lataxes spent more than a decade helping local businesses and organizations with their marketing and communications needs. Her passion for real estate was ignited when she and her husband purchased their first investment properties, and that fire has driven her as a full-time Realtor® ever since. Amanda's expertise in marketing and design allows her to craft strategic, customized plans to set homes up for selling success.

Amanda prides herself on providing the highest level of personalized, detail-oriented service and earns the trust and respect of her clients by guiding and educating them throughout their transaction, working tirelessly on their behalf, and always offering candid feedback and advice. Amanda is married to her high school sweetheart, Jessie and is “momma” to their three little ones – Aarie Jayne, Ayven and Levi. When she isn't showing homes or celebrating closings, Amanda enjoys good food, a variety of music and warm days outdoors – basically, festival season is her favorite!
