About Me

I got into real estate because, over the course of my life, two different REALTORS® in two different states suggested I get my license. The timing was finally right in 2007, and I have been actively selling real estate ever since. I am the branch manager of HomeSmart Elite Brokers in Yakima and am a board member of the Yakima Multiple Listing Service.
I'm a graduate of the 2021 NAR Leadership Academy (Best Class Ever!) and a 2011 graduate of the Washington-Oregon Leadership Institute NW.
The Women’s Council of REALTORS® provided a wonderful training ground and offered many leadership opportunities from the local, state, and national level to learn and lead.
I was the Washington REALTORS® President in 2022, the Washington REALTORS® Treasurer in 2017 and the Yakima Association of REALTORS® President in 2012.
RPAC involvement is so important to real estate and to serve as an example, I am a RPAC Hall of Fame Golden R major investor.
The REALTOR® Relief Foundation is another charity close to my heart and I take every opportunity to share this worthy cause with everyone I meet.
I have a passion for volunteering and have served on the Yakima YWCA board of directors, was a founding member of the Combat Veterans United motorcycle group, an organization that raises funds to support local veterans.
Originally from Williston, ND, I graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD with a B.S. in Psychology and Religion with minors in English and History. If the statistics class was not so boring, I would have had a third minor in sociology!
I have two handsome sons, Joshua and Andrew.
