About Me

Joe Sinnona is a licensed NYS Associate Broker and esteemed Team Leader at NorthStar Properties, actively driving sales across Long Beach, NY, as well as throughout Long Island, Queens, and Brooklyn. His journey into sales began at the age of 10, hustling on street corners selling various items.Joe holds a degree in English and Education from Manhattan College, Bronx NY. After a brief stint in teaching within the New York City public schools, he transitioned into real estate 30 years ago and later returned as a distinguished NYS Department of State instructor.As a Faculty Instructor at Hofstra University and numerous other esteemed real estate institutions on Long Island, Joe has achieved the Gold Standard certification as an Instructor. His passion lies in guiding and mentoring top-producing practitioners across the Tri-State Area and beyond.Joe's dedication to the real estate industry extends to his leadership roles, including former Vice President of the Long Island Board of Realtors, Director of NY State Association of Realtors and Director of The National Association of Realtors.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe takes pride in his role as a devoted husband and father, residing in Long Beach, NY. He boasts several national designations as a Realtor, including ABR, GRI, SRES, SRS, CRETS, GSI ITI, and CBR certification.
Joe served as the only male President of the Women’s Council of Realtors – The Long Island Network 2019.
