Sheila Long, Certified Exchange Specialist®, is Vice President and Regional Sales Executive for Old Republic Exchange for parts of California, the Southwest, and Mountain States Regions. Sheila received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and has a Certificate of Achievement in Speech-Communication. Sheila has over 20 years of real estate experience in diverse roles working in both the residential and commercial real estate.

Sheila is also an affiliate of several REALTOR Associations and is an active member in the Commercial Real Estates Services Committee for the Scottsdale Association of REALTOR & an active Board Member for Federation of Exchange Accommodators and for her local CCIM Chapter. She enjoys spending her time teaching and educating regarding the 1031 Exchange process, which includes classes with Realtors, Escrow Agents, CPAs, and Board Associations.
