I’m Ruth Lara Deane, your 2024 Women’s Council Local President, and I'm thrilled to be at your service. Together with your fantastic 2024 Leadership Team, it's our goal to lead, teach, mentor, and inspire our members on their journey to success. Whether you aspire to be a leader in your industry, community, or family, the Women’s Council of REALTORS® is the ideal organization for learning and growth. We've curated an exciting lineup of courses and events to support your success in 2024.

The Women’s Council is your primary resource for embarking on your leadership journey. Our foundation is built on the Four Pillars: 1) Education, 2) Networking, 3) Referrals, and 4) Leadership. The education we offer will help empower you to serve your industry and local communities. The possibilities are endless with the knowledge and experience gained from the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Having been a proud member since 2021, I've volunteered, and served on the Board as your Treasurer and President Elect. I am sincerely thankful for the Past Presidents, Dignitaries, and Leaders who paved the way for myself and many others. At Women’s Council, leaders and members operate with a “Servant’s Heart” — fierce with talents, knowledge, and experience, yet caring and committed to "paying it forward."
