Welcome to the Women's Council of REALTORS® Knoxville Network's website!

I am Karen George, the 2023 Knoxville President.  I am so excited and honored to be a part of such a strong Leadership Network and to bring along our upcoming leaders for an exciting journey. We are here to help individuals grow their businesses by providing education, networking, leadership and referral opportunities. With over 80 years of history empowering women in leadership, we stand on the shoulders of great, legendary leaders. These magnificent leaders have helped shape our industry and transform the way we do business. Whether you are a REALTOR or a Strategic Partner, it is our pleasure to serve you! 

I joined the Knoxville Network in 2016.  I wanted to learn more about being the best REALTOR I could be and learn from some of the best.  I learned how much I did NOT know.  I gained friends and collegues that have helped me professionally and personally for years.  I want to be a leader.  

I am so excited about this year! Our Board has been working so hard to ADD VALUE TO MEMBERSHIP!  We have amazing Strategic Partners, successful REALTOR members and events for all to connect and make our industry better.  Every speaker has been chosen secifically to add value and create lleadership.  This year we will be passionate about education and learning from each other.  Our past presidents will be honored and questioned for their experience in our industry.  My fabulous board and I have planned an extremely fun yet educational year for everyone who would like to learn more about real estate and network with other realtors and affiliates.

My hope is that everyone will feel very welcomed at every meeting and event.  The look of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Knoxville Network needs to reflect our profession here in East Tennessee.  We welcome male members and need them in leadership to empower women in real estate.  We want to thank you for being a member or becoming a member of Women’s Council. Together, we will expand on the legacy of making a difference in our industry and the communities we serve.
