Thank you so much to everyone who has made 2022 an amazing year for Cache Valley WCR! I am so excited to be your 2023 President and look forward to building relationships and working closely with each of you. In 2023 we are going to "See the Leadership in Y.O.U!-Yourself, Others, Us-WCR!"
As you know, WCR is about creating leaders. There is leadership in all of us! We want to see it in ourselves, others and all of you in WCR this year! Stepping into leadership roles means you will find others who have strengths and help them use those strengths with gratitude while giving grace to all weaknesses even our own. Leading is about delegating and accountability no matter our charisma or inward tendacies.
Having a real estate business can be time consuming but when you serve and work on yourself you are blessed in timely efforts. It may take some time-let us serve you so your time is well balanced and choose to serve-we welcome it! We have huge goals for our Realtor Members and our Strategic Sponsors and we want you to be part of it.
