About Me

Carolyn Altman is the 2025 National First Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, bringing over two decades of real estate experience to her role.

Carolyn began her real estate career at Brooks-Clark & Associates, where she earned the Rookie of the Year title in 2004. She has consistently been a top-producing agent, receiving accolades such as the Treasured GEM Award, the Golden Spatula Award, and the Outstanding Leadership Award. Notably, she ranked in the top 1% nationally with Realty ONE Group from 2019 to 2021.

Beyond her professional achievements, Carolyn is deeply involved in volunteer leadership roles. She actively participates in the MLS committee and the REALTOR® Olympics with the Lake Havasu Association of REALTORS®. Within the Women’s Council Arizona State, she serves as the New Network Development Committee Chair and is a RAPAC Major Investor – Golden R President’s Circle. Her contributions extend to the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, where she engages with the Business, Technology, and Communication Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. Additionally, she holds the position of Arizona State President for RRC/CRS.

Affiliated with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert in Lake Havasu City, Carolyn serves clients across Arizona, including Parker, Bullhead City, Kingman, and Lake Havasu City. For Carolyn, being a REALTOR® is more than a profession; it’s a passion centered on building meaningful connections, making positive impacts, and helping others achieve their dreams.
