Jennifer Brown's career exemplifies exceptional leadership and unwavering social responsibility. Leveraging her psychology background (Cal State Los Angeles) from impactful work in special education, she transitioned to real estate, where she has thrived for the past 25 years.

Jennifer's expertise extends beyond the real estate deal itself, encompassing strategic planning for acquisitions, development, and investments. She is a published Co-Author of Cracking the Rich Code Vol 14, a #1 Best Seller, with Jim Britt, endorsed by Tony Robbins, and written foreword by Brian Tracy.

A visionary leader, Jennifer's impact extends beyond the boardroom, and her commitment to making a difference is further exemplified. Holding leadership roles in real estate, mortgage, and non-profits, she champions women in business as the President for 2025 of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Fernando Valley and First Vice President (two terms) of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Los Angeles. Her dedication extends to the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® (SRAR), where she delivered the 2022 invocation speech, and completed their Leadership Academy in 2022 & 2024. She currently serves as the 2025 Chair of the Equal Opportunity Housing & Diversity Committee for SRAR, 2025 Trustee Board of Directors for SRAR Foundation Non-Profit, and is a Member of the Grievance Committee Panel for California Association of REALTORS®.
As a business consultant and entrepreneur, with her diverse experience and unwavering commitment to gender equality, she empowers and inspires business owners.

In 2018, she founded Embrace Charitable Foundation, a testament to her philanthropic efforts and leadership outside of the professional sphere. The foundation empowers foster youth and serves the community through education and financial independence initiatives, and she mobilized volunteers to feed over 3,000 families in need each year.
