Jessica has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001, launching her career as a real estate salesperson on a top-performing team. Her early years were marked by a strong commitment to client success and collaborative excellence, setting the foundation for a visionary path in real estate leadership.

In 2014, Jessica transitioned from high-performing agent to co-owner of Realty Group, a dynamic brokerage known for its innovative approach to agent support, award-winning culture, and cutting-edge training. With her influence—and the unwavering support of her dedicated team and business partners—Realty Group became one of Minnesota’s most admired and fastest-growing independent brokerages, recognized for its commitment to elevating agent success through community and collaboration.

In 2020, Jessica co-founded RG Title, where she now serves as CEO. With a deep understanding of the closing process and a passion for service, she helped build RG Title into an amazing company that supports agents, buyers, and sellers with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. She credits much of this success to the exceptional professionals who share her vision and bring it to life every day.

Most recently in 2025, Jessica became co-owner of RG/lpt, the largest LPT Realty team in Minnesota. RG/lpt is the powerhouse partnership between Realty Group and LPT Realty, the fastest-growing real estate company in the U.S. This collaboration blends the best of both worlds: Realty Group’s unmatched local support, culture, and agent training with LPT’s national footprint, generous stock awards, and revenue-sharing opportunities.
