Kathleen Weatherford is a dedicated and passionate Realtor® with Equity Colorado Real Estate, serving clients in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. Before transitioning to real estate Kathleen had a rewarding 20+ career as a special education teacher primarily in the middle school setting. Her background in teaching honed her exceptional communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life---qualities that now serve her clients well in the real estate market.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service, Kathleen takes pride in building relationships with her clients. Her goal is to empower her clients with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions in today’s competitive market.
