About Me

I am an experienced real estate professional and Property Manager based in Tampa, with more than 23 years in the industry. I serve as the Managing Broker of Synergistic Property Management, where I specializes in residential property management throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, North Pinellas, Pasco, and West Polk counties.

Originally from the Atlantic City area of South Jersey, I relocated to Florida in 1981 and have called the Tampa area home since 1984. My professional career began in technology, where I worked as an IT Consultant, Business Analyst, and Vendor Manager/Contracts Negotiator. In 2001, I transitioned into real estate, bringing my analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong negotiation expertise to my clients.

With an in-depth knowledge of the Tampa Bay market, I have built a reputation as a trusted resource for my clients—always ready with the right solutions and trusted connections. My dedication to exceptional service and client satisfaction has led to 95% of my business coming from referrals. Today, I lead a skilled team of property managers who seamlessly serve clients across the region.

I am involved in the real estate community and hold leadership positions in several organizations, including the **Women’s Council of REALTORS®**, **Stellar MLS Advisory Council**, **Hillsborough County Land Use Appeals Board**, **Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS®**, and various committees within **Florida REALTORS®**.
