Her journey in real estate began at Weichert Realtors, where she made an immediate impact by becoming Agent #1 in her first year of sales in 2004. This remarkable achievement was followed by the Rookie of the Year Award in 2005, recognizing her outstanding performance with KHovnanian Homes as she successfully managed multiple communities and exceeded sales goals. Between 2006 and 2008, Patricia sold an astounding 347 homes, earning Raving Fan Awards for her ability to deliver exceptional client experiences, marked by countless positive survey comments highlighting her impressive work ethic, skills, and positive attitude.
In 2009, Patricia's talents were further recognized with the prestigious Annual SAM Award, acknowledging her as the highest sales consultant of the year for a well-respected New Jersey home builder, JSHonanian & Sons.
