Licensed since 1991, Patty Carpenter brings over three decades of experience, leadership, and service to the real estate industry. For 10 years, she served as Vice President of a real estate firm, where she managed a team of 40 agents and built a strong reputation for integrity, mentorship, and client-focused service.

Today, Patty is an Associate Broker with eXp Realty, proudly sponsored by Deborah Penny, the Broker of Record for California. She serves on the Board of Directors for Orange County REALTORS® and was recently appointed as a Director to the California Association of REALTORS® for the 2026–2028 term.

A graduate of the 2019 Orange County REALTORS® Leadership Academy—where she was honored as "Most Valuable Participant"—Patty has continued to give back by serving on numerous committees. She currently co-facilitates the Leadership Academy, helping to shape the next generation of REALTOR® leaders, and recently served as Chair of the Leadership and Professional Development Committee.
