• In 1996, Roz made a bold move and started a new real estate🏡 career at the pinnacle of her life to pursue higher education, enrich her family’s lifestyle, and create flexibility for community involvement. Throughout her real estate career, Roz has been mentored by top professionals and named “Top Producer.”

• In 2000, she earned a Texas Real Estate Brokers license. In 2005, Roz bridged her combined experience and joined the regional Commercial Property Mgmt team of a (REIT) Real Estate Investment Trust, while also earning a BS/Mgmt. What remains true and admirable about Roz is her genuine care🤗, savvy Emotional Intelligence, and confident leadership style.

• In 2025, Roz is serving as President Elect of Women's Council, Collin County.

• In 2024, Roz is serving as 2nd Vice President at the North Texas Association of Realtist (NAREB). Roz is a certified instructor providing continuing education and professional development courses.

• In 2021, Roz founded Arbrook Cares, a 501c3 organization, empowering renters to become homeowners & to pursue development of affordable housing. Roz has received the “Excellence in Leadership” Award, from Collin County Black Chamber Of Commerce.

• Roz has served as 2024 1st Vice President of Women’s Council, Collin County, In 2020; former Board of Directors Board at Plano Community Home, Inc., 2018-2020; former Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce member. Roz serves in coalitions supporting Veterans and the Senior community.

• In 2024, Roz graduated from Texas Realtors Leadership Program; and Citizens Government Academy, Celina, TX; and received Top 20 Black Real Estate Professionals Award—(Top 20 awarded also in 2023)

• In 2024, Arbrook Cares received Special Recognition from Mayor Eric Johnson, City of Dallas for Pray Dallas event; and Proclamation from Mayor Baine Brooks, City of Allen

• In 2023, Roz received Broker of the Year Award presented by North Texas Association of Realtist; and Woman of Influence Award, presented by Warrior Nation Ministries
