As the CEO of Faith Realty LLC, she has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers through one of life’s most important milestones. Her business thrives on relationships, with 90% of her clientele coming through referrals — a testament to her integrity, dedication, and results.
Shelia is an active volunteer with HUD counseling services, where she teaches homebuying workshops to first-time homebuyers. She also represents the Equal Opportunity community for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), where she leads Fair Housing classes."
In 2025, she serves as president of the Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore (REBB), following her impactful leadership as past president of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Women’s Council. Among her many accolades, she was honored as the 2022 Realtor of the Year, recognized nationally as a Mover and Shaker by the Women’s Council of Realtors, and named a Distinguished Sales Associate. The Baltimore Business Journal also recognized her as an "Agent of Change" for her contributions to the local business community.
Her commitment to the real estate profession extends to governance and advocacy. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and the Maryland Realtors Association and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors.
