About Me

Steve Zeris is a native of New Jersey who is the first generation of a Greek immigrant. He is the oldest son of six children. Steve lived in New Jersey and worked in the family restaurant business most of his childhood and early adult years. His move to Florida was in the summer of 1990 with his wife Sharon. They decided to move before starting a family and they wanted to be close to his in-laws and Sharon’s grandmother. While in Florida, they had two beautiful girls. They also have a rescue dog, Harley. Harley is a tripod with only three legs. Yes, they are strong animal lovers.
Steve has worked in the real estate industry in several areas since 1988. This includes being a Real Estate Appraiser, Realtor, Manager in Finance, Mortgage Broker, Financial Planner, Short Sale Negotiator, Graduated Realtor Institute Instructor, Home Improvements Business Owner and Trainer. Currently, Steve is a Managing Broker and Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance Group. The #1 RE/MAX Brokerage in Florida. His experience includes training other Realtor's, listing houses and working with buyers. He has also worked with residential and commercial clients. His expertise is understanding what his customers want and helping them reach their goals while telling them what they need to hear verses what they want to hear. Working with first time buyers is his passion since he remembers how overwhelming this was when he purchased his first home. Being a former investor in real estate, he understands what repeat buyers and investors are looking for. He is also the Founder for The Fearless Speaker Institute LLC and the Co-Founder for Pawz-Up LLC. Some of his accomplishments and current affiliations include the following:

Steve has a passion for helping others, even our four-legged friends. He also enjoys training others and helping them step out of their comfort zones which helps them reach their goals. He likes to travel, vacation in Blue Ridge Georgia, Greek Dancing and rides his Harley Davidson with his wife every chance he has. He has been to Greece eleven times to visit his late father and wants to take his wife to Italy next. Working hard and living life to its fullest is his motto while setting multiple goals for achievements. He and his wife have been Blessed and have a circle of friends and family larger than they ever expected or anticipated.
