About Me

Lynn Skidmore not only takes the stress out of buying or selling your home, she can suggest the perfect Pinot to celebrate the sale.

An Upstate REALTOR for nearly two decades, Lynn has her own brokerage and operates independently. She loves being a REALTOR and has given back to the real estate community through her leadership. She serves on the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, currently Vice President, RPAC, MLS and Community Service committees, and is the SC State Region 5 Trustee for RPAC, as well as participating in ReBuild Upstate. Lynn’s service to her clients and to the profession recently culminated with her being named GGAR Realtor of the Year.

Now, all of that is great, but what about the home you’re looking to buy or sell? Lynn brings incomparable marketing abilities to the table as Sales Ninja. She’s not only a Dale Carnegie graduate, she’s served as an instructor, inspiring and motivating professionals across the Carolinas and Georgia. Lynn is “positive” you won’t find anyone with more extensive communication skills. Also, Lynn is an accountant by trade with a love for numbers and details, so you won’t have to worry about hearing “oops” from your REALTOR while she’s managing the process for your biggest investment transaction.

Are you new to Greenville? Lynn has deep ties throughout the Upstate. She’s a graduate of Erskine College and immersed in the community, whether enjoying a Broadway show at the Peace Center or supporting local causes from the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to Goodwill and the United Way.

It’s important for REALTORS to be able to access the latest business intelligence and Lynn loves being in the know. She’s involved in local business groups ranging from the Small Business Development Center to Opportunity Greenville and she is a graduate of Greenville Chamber Leadership Greenville.

Lynn also supports animal rescue and recently nursed a Russian Blue cat back to health. Luna now resides – perhaps reigns – in Lynn’s home. Lynn understands the specific needs of families with pets when buying a home.

When not helping clients buy or sell their homes, Lynn enjoys her extended family and friends and the Palmetto State’s outstanding quality of life. You might find her along the coast, with her toes in the sand or a glass of wine in her hand. You might find her playing “Aunt Skid” to her flock of nieces and nephews. Or you might find her out and about with her extensive network of friends, who would tell you she’s always there for you, whether it’s with a sarcastic quip or a helping hand.
